0tracking technologies in application code
01 / What the website collects

The website stores no visitor profile.

RamosBP.com does not use user accounts, analytics, session replay, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, or a visitor database. Our application code does not record your IP address, browsing activity, device details, or page history.

No website profile exists to retrieve.

If you only browse this site, Ramos Business Processes Inc. does not create or retain a personal record about you.

02 / Cookies and tracking

No consent banner because there is nothing optional to accept.

Our application does not set cookies, use browser local storage, or load third-party tracking scripts. Analytics, advertising, and personalization technologies are disabled.

Cloudflare may use strictly necessary network-security mechanisms to deliver the site, prevent abuse, or mitigate attacks. These mechanisms are not used by us for advertising, profiling, or audience measurement.

03 / Contact inquiries

Only information you choose to send reaches us.

If you use our contact form or email contact@ramosbp.com, we receive your email address, message, and any information you voluntarily include. The form sends this directly to our Proton inbox through Cloudflare and does not save a copy in a website database. We handle it as ordinary business correspondence, not as marketing or visitor-tracking data.

Please do not include sensitive personal, financial, medical, or government-identification information in an initial inquiry.

04 / Cloudflare processing

Edge delivery without an application data store.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare Workers and static assets. Cloudflare necessarily processes transient connection information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to route traffic and provide network security. We have disabled application observability, do not provision a visitor database, and do not use that data for analytics or marketing.

Cloudflare’s own processing is governed by its privacy and data-protection terms.

05 / Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, and objection.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights concerning personal information in business correspondence, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We will not discriminate against anyone for making a privacy request.

06 / Data requests

Use the privacy request form when you need us to act.

The privacy request form asks only for the details needed to understand and answer your request. It sends them directly to our inbox and does not create a visitor profile or website database record. We may need enough information to verify and locate prior correspondence, and we may retain records where required by law.

07 / Policy updates

If the technology changes, this page changes first.

We may update this policy when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. If we ever introduce technology that requires consent, it will remain disabled until a valid choice is provided.
